By accessing the ABSG Tech client portal, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Proposals

Electronically signing a proposal through this portal constitutes a legally binding agreement. Your signature, IP address, timestamp, and device information are recorded as evidence of acceptance.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon proposal acceptance
Completion fees are due upon project completion as specified in your proposal
Monthly hosting fees are billed on the first of each month
Peer-to-peer payments (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo) must include a confirmation reference number submitted through the portal

Services

ABSG Tech provides technology consulting, VoIP implementation, web development, and automation services as detailed in individual proposals and project agreements.

Confidentiality

All project details, pricing, and business information shared through this portal are confidential between you and ABSG Tech.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Limitation of Liability

ABSG Tech's liability is limited to the amounts paid under your current service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan.
